We are fully confident in the quality of our accounts. Because of that, we offer a lifetime warranty for every account purchased on our website. free of charge.
What Is Covered?
Every suspension that happens due to our fault. E.g., botting suspensions.
What Is Not Covered?
Every suspension that happens due to your fault. E.g., toxicity, griefing, or scripting.
How Will I Be Compensated?
You will receive store credits equivalent to the value of the product. You can use them to purchase anything you want on our website.
Annual Claim Limit
Each customer may redeem up to 10 warranty claims per calendar year.
Once this annual limit is reached, additional claims may be submitted again starting on January 1st of the following year.
Activity Requirement
For a warranty claim to be valid, you must have played on the account within the last 6 months prior to submitting the claim.
Important Notes
In-game purchases (e.g. Riot Points) are not covered by the warranty. We won’t compensate you for losing them. We recommend waiting a few weeks before making any purchases to make sure the account remains secure.
Account progress (e.g. getting a certain rank) isn’t covered either. You will receive store credits equal to the value of the account when you bought it.
