Very rarely your account can get banned with no fault of your own.

To receive store credits compensation:

  1. Log into the user dashboard with the email used to purchase the account. ℹ️ — it will work even if you didn’t create an account prior to the purchase.

  2. Click the Claim warranty button and follow the instructions.

The claim will be reviewed by our team. Claims are usually reviewed within 24h. In rare cases, it can take up to a few days.
